• Partnership development and management • Demonstrate high-quality execution and initiative in reaching out to high-potential funders and partners and lead the partnership cycle from first connection through to closing, bringing in D-tree’s leadership at the appropriate points. • Manage a subset of new and existing high-value partnerships to ensure mutual benefits, long-term collaboration and expansion, working in collaboration with our technical teams. • Strategic planning and leadership • Contribute to the development and professionalisation of D-tree’s partnerships function by providing insights, recommendations, and innovative ideas related to partnership design and growth initiatives centred around value-based selling and trust-based philanthropy. • Actively contribute to the design and improvement of fundraising processes and analytics (via strategies, dashboards, processes, trackers, etc.) • Represent D-tree externally to communicate our unique value proposition and approach to digital transformation of primary health system • Resource mobilisation and fundraising • Oversee the development of high-quality proposals, grant applications, and concepts designed for strategic funders, and facilitate a culture of collaboration and high-quality execution. • Contribute to the development of accessible, clear, and compelling narratives to highlight D-tree’s unique offering for strategic funders. • Work with the Growth team to monitor performance against targets for this funding vertical and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Requirements

• Proven track record of closing and managing multi-million-dollar partnership with major philanthropic organisations, corporate entities, or family foundations; experience working with multilateral organisation and government agencies is a plus. • Postgraduate-level education with a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in international development, ideally with strong expertise in global health, primary healthcare and/or, digital health. • Extensive network and relationships with major foundations and impact partners, with a successful history of navigating funding conversations to achieve results.
