Description
• Responsible for driving growth of Cytiva’s Process Development Services solutions & technologies. • Evaluate EMEA biotech & biopharma molecule pipeline and develop a sales funnel. • Build rapport, cooperation, and relationships across customer segments. • Showcase understanding of customers' economic, regulatory, and operational challenges. • Work with teams to track projects from quote generation to completion. • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement teams.
Requirements
• BSc in Biotechnology/Life Sciences or equivalent experience. • 5 years in bioprocess or related field, with 3 years in commercial roles in the Biotech, Biopharma, or CDMO field. • Strong ability to develop and close sales opportunities. • Excellent relationship management and communication skills. • Knowledge of process development needs in mAbs, VV, and new modalities to effectively interpret customer needs. • Ability to travel – up to 50% incl. overnight, within EMEA as well as overseas. • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
