• Responsible for application of Danaher Business System in EMEAI commercial organization. • Partner with Regional VP/GM and advocate for DBS capabilities. • Provide support and guidance on applying DBS tools to commercial strategy. • Manage Commercial Kaizen Funnel and promote continuous improvement initiatives. • Build DBS skills across the Commercial Organization through certification priorities. • Teach DBS and nurture a DBS culture within the organization. • Oversee deployment of new DBS tools and drive innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum 7 years in sales, sales management, or similar role. • Demonstrated knowledge of Analytical Tools industry is a plus. • Ability to travel – 35% travel, overnight, within country and internationally. • Strong process orientation and problem-solving skills. • Ability to perform exceptionally in a fast-paced environment. • Experienced influencer capable of leading teams at all levels.
