• JOB SUMMARY • Dane Street is looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our National Sales Team. • Dane Street offers an exciting work environment, competitive compensation, and strong growth potential. • The Sales Director is responsible for growing Dane Street’s IME and Peer Review book of business with Law Firms (Workers’ Compensation and Auto Defense Firms) via new law firm acquisition and growth within our existing law firms. • We are seeking a candidate with a strong network of existing relationships at the paralegal and senior partner levels, and with the ability to persuade new firms to add Dane Street to its panel of IME partners. • Individuals should possess the right balance of hunting and relationship-building skills and motivation to significantly impact Dane Street’s sales growth targets within the local market. • Dane Street’s success relies on individual and team contributions every day. • We care for our customers, each other, and Dane Street. • It is the responsibility for all of us to maintain a positive working environment that promotes client satisfaction and results. • MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements and building personal relationships with paralegals, partners, associates and any law firm employees that influence IME vendor selection. • New Product identification • Identify new product opportunities based on Law Firm client needs. • Work hand in hand with operations in the development of new productions. • Collaborate with marketing to cross-sell new products to existing customers. • Increase referral volume and revenue by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product and service benefits and capabilities and overcoming objections. • Completing and documenting related sales and account pipeline activities and results in Dane Street’s Salesforce.com platform. • Update job knowledge by participating in industry opportunities such as conferences and seminars where appropriate. • Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.

Requirements

• EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS: • 4-year College degree (BA/BS) • JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: • Business experience in an insurance setting is preferred. • IME or Record Retrieval sales experience is a plus. • Experience working with Law Firms is a plus. • JOB RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: • Business Development mindset. • Presentation Skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must. • Excellent Communication Skills (both internal and external). • Closing Skills. • Motivation For Sales. • Sales Planning. • Prospecting Skills. • Strong Follow-Up. • Ability to Meet Sales Goals. • WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above. • Long periods of sitting and computer work. • WORK FROM HOME TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Supply and support their own internet services. • Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position.
