Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize their potential and performance • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including insurance companies, law firms, and employers • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives • Conduct market analysis by leveraging industry data • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the executive team • Oversee the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities to support sales initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) • 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the IME industry or related field • Minimum of 3 years of SalesForce experience in a management capacity • Business experience in healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred • Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends
