📋 Description
• Responsible for establishing new and maintaining existing accounts within your territory. • Meet or exceed established sales and merchandising goals. • Implement Dare's strategic business plans for each customer/banner within the assigned territory at the retail location. • Develop, implement and maximize an efficient & effective retail call coverage plan for the assigned territory as per store classifications. • Proactively provide information and regular feedback to appropriate individuals on retail successes, challenges, opportunities and competitive initiatives. • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with influencers and decision-makers at stores.
🎯 Requirements
• Business or other relevant University Degree or College Diploma or equivalent sales experience • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills; able to quickly identify and prioritize key opportunities. • Knowledge or experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry would be an asset • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a strong asset
