• Oversee project governance disciplines and processes to ensure transparency, efficiency, and risk management. • Develop, track, and manage comprehensive project plans to coordinate delivery efforts across multiple workstreams. • Lead projects, mitigate risks, and take full ownership of project success. • Chair and manage project steering boards composed of senior business sponsors and project leads. • Manage project change requests and risks using best practices and governance principles. • Communicate project status, risks, and critical dependencies to all stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role within the market data industry. • Familiarity with capital markets and the role of exchanges and market data vendors. • Formal project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous but not required. • Proven leadership experience, including issue and conflict resolution, sound judgment, and effective decision-making. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and determination to drive project success.
