Description

• Opportunity to make a huge impact within the Field Engineering team through complex organizational challenges. • Serve as a trusted advisor and partner on organizational planning, performance management, career development, leadership coaching, and employee relations. • Facilitate and manage core people programs for the Field Eng team, including performance management and compensation. • Create and drive change management and thoughtful learning programs to drive organizational health. • Use data and insights to build a talent strategy to drive business goals. • Serve as a liaison between the business and the central People Operations team. • Support employee relations issues, including participation in investigations and performance management meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ yrs experience of HR experience that shows proven success as a strategic partner working with managers up through the VP+ level. • In-depth knowledge of Human Resources practices and legal requirements. • Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and a sense of humor. • Highly adaptable and able to drive effective change management within a fast-paced organization during a period of hyper-growth. • Competency in understanding, interpreting, and communicating procedures, policies, information, ideas, and instructions through strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong judgment in decision-making and problem-solving through ambiguous situations. • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify insights that drive action. • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities. • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
