Description

• GuidePoint Security provides trusted cybersecurity expertise, solutions and services that help organizations make better decisions and minimize risk. • The Director of Human Resources will lead a team of HR professionals responsible for day-to-day HR operations and employee relations. • Acts as the escalation point for complex issues and serves as the subject matter expert for HR matters. • Ensure HR initiatives align with broader organizational goals and execute HR policies and processes across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and conflict resolution. • Proven experience managing HR teams and serving as a strategic escalation point for HR matters. • Expert knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in HR information systems and process management.
