Requirements

• Master’s degree in management, Finance, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 7+ years of progressive experience in HR. • Experience in a leadership role in Total Rewards, HR technology, or operations preferred. • Proven success in designing competitive Total Rewards programs. • Extensive experience managing HR process outsourcing and vendor relationships. • Expertise in benefits administration, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes. • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven. • Experience in process optimization and automation in HR operations.
