β€’ Develop strong vision and understanding of Dataminr's US SLED business and strategic goals β€’ Plan, implement, and execute on sales strategy, leveraging market knowledge and experience to convey product value proposition and positioning β€’ Motivate, develop, and drive a team of sellers and cultivate a performance-based culture built on providing value to public sector organizations β€’ Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key prospective customers and organizational leaders β€’ Lead client mission and operational processes, identifying ways to integrate Dataminr into our clients' workflows and recommending best practices β€’ Coach sellers through complex sales and taking a consultative approach to selling

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree a plus β€’ 10+ years of proven enterprise software/SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years of experience leading teams selling to and directly supporting SLED public sector organizations β€’ Knowledge of publicly available information and social media utilization efforts of public sector organizations, including SLED agencies, cyber security, transportation, law enforcement, emergency management, public information, and/or public health β€’ Extensive experience successfully selling into complex public sector entities with a strong track record of negotiation and closing with a deep understanding of sales process and business drivers for public sector clients β€’ Proven success as a sales leader in high-growth technology companies β€’ Proven experience of successfully driving cybersecurity growth
