Description

• Advise finance professionals, customize Datarails platform, train on updates. • Understand client situations, simplify models and data. • Create business analysis, outline problems and solutions. • Manage, interpret, validate customer data, improving quality of care. • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers, follow through support. • 10-20% travel required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or similar customer-facing role, and a finance or accounting background. • Deep knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions (formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, Power Query and complex models) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortability with upselling and renewal conversations. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
