Description

• Engage in deep dives with CFOs and finance teams • Ask the right questions to understand their FP&A business requirements, internal processes, and customize their Datarails experience • Conduct captivating product demos and deep dives with finance teams, understanding their pain points and identifying complementary solutions • Collaborate with internal teams to develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase the capabilities and value of Datarails • Partner closely with the sales team, evaluating and assisting in sales strategies and providing solution recommendations • Leverage your in-depth understanding of competitive products and technologies to position Datarails effectively in sales presentations • Assist in the development of proposals and responses to RFI and RFP documents.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, FP&A, or relevant sales engineering roles • Strong grasp of financial applications, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, month-end close, financial reporting, and consolidation platforms + intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Ability to gather and understand potential customers' requirements, using a consultative approach to effectively demonstrate how Datarails meets their needs • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and clearly • Strong business acumen, collaborative skill set, and a team-oriented everyone-wins attitude • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across multiple industries such as manufacturing, services, banking, insurance, etc., a plus • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business/Finance, a plus.
