🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on SaaS and AI technology. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience leading an Americas Sales team. • 5+ years experience working in complex software and relationship-driven sales preferred. • Previous success in achieving significant revenue responsibilities. • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and writing abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a drive for excellence. • Collaborative mindset with a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive sales culture. • Adaptable and resilient, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
