Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in tech startups, management consulting or investment banking, including leadership • Excellent analytical skills including advanced modeling • Polished communicator who can distill complex strategy • Expert at strategy and executing groundbreaking initiatives • High agency and comfortable with ambiguity • Believe in creating sustainable processes • Detail oriented and hold high standards • Can both lead and do • Ambitious, scrappy, tenacious, with a no job too small mentality • Comfortable making hard decisions and move quickly
