📋 Description

• We are seeking a Chief of Staff that wants to accelerate his/her career through a high-visibility, high-responsibility opportunity. • This role is a path to managing all departmental operations of a software business. • Responsibilities include executing growth and operating initiatives. • Must love data: Obtaining data, analyzing it, and summarizing findings. • Identifying opportunities for improvement and owning the execution of those opportunities. • Cross-functional leadership. • Learning the intricacies of Idera’s world-class business model with a path to becoming a Brand General Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance and/or MBA • Familiarity with the Software/Technology Industry is a huge plus. • Previous management skills are a plus. • Exceptional ability to prioritize. • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to build complex financial models with advanced Excel skills. • Ability to Lead: Demonstrate aptitude to lead various functions and drive results. • Resourcefulness/Persistence: Ability to identify opportunities and find ways to get things across the finish line. • Excellent Written and Oral Communication: Write clear emails, create organized and compelling PowerPoint slides, and can lead a team call.
