• Native or fluent in French (C1 level) and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication • Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development • Deep understanding of the Airbnb platform and its features • Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders • Skilled in researching and identifying potential co-hosts effectively • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities • Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups with ease • Proactive, self-driven, and results-focused approach • Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities and business needs
