Description

• Research and identify potential hosts for our client’s properties. • Reach out to potential hosts through email, phone, or social media. • Initiate conversations to assess interest and suitability. • Manage ongoing communication to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. • Coordinate with the onboarding team to support training and integration. • Maintain an up-to-date database of potential and current co-hosts. • Monitor and respond to inquiries from potential co-hosts. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies. • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Italian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication • Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development • Deep understanding of the Airbnb platform and its features • Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders • Skilled in researching and identifying potential co-hosts effectively • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities • Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups with ease • Proactive, self-driven, and results-focused approach • Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities and business needs
