📋 Description
• Responsible for the operational oversight of contracted payor escalations and the associated analytics and strategy to drive these escalations to resolution. • Looking for a leader who is excited about driving innovation in problem solving long outstanding issues and can facilitate collaboration with teams in and out of ROPS. • Manage large projects and collaborate across all revenue cycle lanes, and with Legal and Contracting partners. • Prepare and deliver effective communications tailored to differing audiences. • Generate strategic insights and deliver persuasive recommendations to senior leaders.
🎯 Requirements
• 1 year in Leadership with direct reports – Required • High School Diploma/equivalency – Required • Bachelor’s Degree in related field – Preferred • Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel – Required • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle – Required • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle Collections – Preferred
