• Reports to: Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics • Department: Revenue Operations • The Revenue Operations Analyst will collaborate across departments at ShipHawk to facilitate internal revenue operations, sales and marketing analysis, and sales/finance functions of the business. • They will be responsible for providing analysis and actionable insights from the top to the bottom of the customer funnel, from a diverse set of data sources that cover the entire customer lifecycle. • The ideal Analyst candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a sense of curiosity and drive to look deeper into the data available, extract valuable insights, and present them to others in a concise and understandable manner. • Collaborate within a RevOps team focused on Internal Revenue Operations: Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Finance. • Drive process improvements and manage day-to-day functions of Salesforce, including automations, reporting, data integrity, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• 1 -3 years experience, preferably in a revenue operations or analyst role within a hyper-growth SaaS environment • We welcome applications from recent graduates in Business, Economics Majors • CRM Administrator experience required (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive) • Business Intelligence tool (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI) • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field • Proficiency in Excel or Sheets, strong logical reasoning and data manipulation skills • Strong understanding of cloud-based software data structures and workflows • Ability to work in a highly dynamic, constantly changing environment • Curiosity to explore and assume new areas of responsibilities
