Description

• DaVita is a rapidly growing Fortune 500 Healthcare Services company and a leading provider of kidney care in the United States. • The goal of this role is ensure DaVita is the provider of choice to hospitals. • This teammate will engage renal discharge planners and case managers in an effort to build and strengthen relationships. • Their focus is to ensure a smooth and seamless experience in support of newly diagnosed and hospitalized dialysis patients to ensure a successful transition to the outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Ability to travel to various locations to meet with partners (internal and external) on an as needed basis. Includes valid driver’s license in state of residence and insurable driving record • Intermediate computer skills with a variety of software packages including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, billing systems
