• Responsible for overseeing and planning enterprise-level support and service activities • Ensure highest quality service and maintain operational efficiency • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients • Plan and oversee the delivery of support and service activities • Coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalate technical issues • Collaborate with sales and support teams to identify opportunities • Monitor and evaluate service performance

Requirements

• Four or more years of progressive Account Management experience • Proven track record of successful client-facing interactions • Strong client relationship management skills • Proven experience in managing enterprise-level support and service operations • In-depth knowledge of our products and services • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
