Description

β€’ This role provides specialized assistance to customers regarding support of services purchased. β€’ Establish trusting relationships with customers resulting in loyalty and referrals. β€’ Maintain existing revenue streams by increasing customer satisfaction. β€’ Identify opportunities for new revenue through contact with current customers. β€’ Decrease the likelihood of customer cancellation by increasing VikingCloud value. β€’ Create and update customer records in Salesforce for accurate tracking of customer communications. β€’ Outbound calling customers, follow scripts, track customer communication in Salesforce. β€’ Assist sales team in demonstrating Online Portals for potential and existing customers. β€’ Conduct QBR meetings.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of Account Management experience. β€’ Experience in the Cybersecurity and Compliance field is preferred. β€’ Experience with MS Office Professional, Salesforce and Outbound tools. β€’ Good interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of people. β€’ Must have professional demeanor and ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Ability to function independently with minimum supervision. β€’ 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred.
