📋 Description

• Utilize pro-active recruiting techniques • Carry a full desk to source and screen talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities • Recruit full life cycle: manufacturing and skilled trades • ATS folder clean-out, offer letter / employment agreement creation, screening of resumes, phone screening of candidates, onboarding assistance, source for passive candidates, create candidate pipelines • Work towards fulfilling both individual performance goals as well as contribute to the overall success of the client needs • Support the recruitment of DZConneX's client Customer Fulfillment Center • Adhere to OFCCP guidelines and company standards

🎯 Requirements

• Three plus years of recruitment experience (Corporate, RPO, or Staffing) • Technical, manufacturing, and engineering recruiting • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience • Excellent customer service experience • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Experience in and a thorough understanding of the recruitment process • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Power Point • A working knowledge and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
