Requirements

• Significant hands on experience in Talent Acquisition in the global technology sector. • Build and implement strong operational efficiencies that scale globally. • Demonstrated track record of leading and developing a team based on their personal strengths. • Excellent communication, influencing, coaching, partnering, and leadership skills. • Use data to guide decisions and improve team focus. • Dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Comfortable with change management in a growing company. • Excellent partner to the business, building deep trust.
