Description

We are a remote-first, international SaaS company helping businesses maximise their revenue potential in Europe and the US with our Go-To-Market SaaS Platform. We are the successful merger of Leadfeeder and Echobot, bringing two industry leaders together. With origins in Finland and Germany, Dealfront was born with compliance and transparency in its DNA. As a People Operations & Compensation Specialist at Dealfront, you will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain competitive compensation practices, and manage employee benefits across multiple regions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating payroll, drafting contracts, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate HRIS data.

Requirements

Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Personio) and payroll software Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Asana, G-Drive, and Slack Fluent in English and German (Spanish would be a plus) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical skills (including advanced proficiency in spreadsheet formulas) Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred experience in international or multi-entity companies
