Requirements

• Min. 3–5 years of experience in people development • Strong passion for shaping careers and culture • Proficient in PowerPoint for compelling presentations • Familiarity with tools like Miro or Kanvas for knowledge sharing is a plus • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
