• As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a central role in our Growth team, driving the development and execution of strategic partnerships at Deblock. • In this fast-paced environment, you’ll have the opportunity to build and manage partnerships from the ground up. • This role uniquely blends relationship-building, business development, and hands-on execution. • We are looking for someone ready to create a network of powerful alliances and take our brand to the next level. • We want to revolutionise the FinTech industry. And we need the best minds to do it 🧠 🚀 • Manage and develop our ambassador network • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth, engagement, and revenue. • Build strong relationships with key partners, including fintechs, financial institutions, and Web3 innovators. • Lead negotiations, design deal structures, and ensure partnerships deliver mutual value. • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth teams to maximize the impact of partnerships. • Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize partnership performance to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Fluent in French 🇫🇷 and in English 🇬🇧 • Good understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing. • Strong experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or account management. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. • Hands-on, proactive, and fast-paced. • Data-driven and able to track and analyze the ROI of partnership initiatives.
