β€’ DeepOpinion is an enterprise-grade Agentic Automation platform. β€’ As a Key Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships with major enterprise clients. β€’ Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue, increase adoption, and expand partnerships. β€’ Act as a trusted advisor to C-level key stakeholders. β€’ Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities. β€’ Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring customer satisfaction. β€’ Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, RPA, and automation.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5+ years in key account management, managing enterprise accounts globally. β€’ Proven experience in identifying and leveraging growth opportunities within key accounts through strategic solution expansion. β€’ Experience selling BPO( Business Process Outsourcing), RPA, automation products, or AI-driven enterprise solutions. β€’ Strong track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts at a global level. β€’ Excellent consultative sales skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at C-level and VP-level. β€’ Ability to drive revenue growth and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. β€’ Experience working with large enterprises in industries like insurance, finance, and/ or tech. β€’ Proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. β€’ Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and stakeholders.
