β€’ Lead payroll processing for both US & international companies, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and payroll accuracy β€’ Manage payroll systems (ADP, Papaya) and collaborate with HR and finance to streamline operations β€’ Optimize payroll processes, driving efficiencies and improving employee experience β€’ Ensure accurate data reporting and payroll journal entries, collaborating with the finance team to ensure reconciliation β€’ Address employee payroll inquiries, offering timely and effective support to maintain employee satisfaction β€’ Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with global payroll regulations.

Requirements

β€’ International Payroll Management | Experience with US and international payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local wage and tax regulations β€’ Payroll Systems Expertise | Expertise with payroll platforms like ADP (US) and Papaya (International), and strong knowledge of global payroll tax regulations β€’ Communication & Problem-Solving | Ability to resolve payroll discrepancies and communicate payroll matters to employees clearly and effectively β€’ Process Optimization | Seek opportunities to improve payroll processes, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring accuracy in payroll management β€’ Employee-Centric Service | A strong commitment to supporting employees by ensuring payroll and benefits needs are addressed promptly and accurately β€’ Analytical Ability | Skilled in payroll data analysis and journal entries, with NetSuite experience preferred β€’ Collaboration | Work effectively across departments such as HR and finance, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
