β’ The primary responsibility is to provide excellent service to customers and grow business. β’ Requires extensive knowledge of the corrugated industry. β’ Assist customers by answering questions and educating them on packaging requirements. β’ Visit customer establishments to evaluate needs or promote sales. β’ Maintain customer records using automated systems. β’ Contact customers to discuss specific products or services. β’ Provide ongoing support and feedback to product design teams. β’ Process all required paperwork in a timely manner. β’ Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders. β’ Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements. β’ Extensive travel required and flexible schedule.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent required. β’ Prior experience working in the corrugated industry strongly preferred. β’ Prior experience with outside sales strongly preferred. β’ Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
β’ Eligibility for voluntary health, dental, vision, supplemental life, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending accounts. β’ 100% company paid $25,000 basic Life/AD&D Insurance. β’ 100% company paid short-term disability insurance and long-term disability insurance. β’ Ten (10) company paid holidays per calendar year. β’ Forty-eight (48) hours of paid-time-off (PTO) accrued per year.
