β€’ Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and setup of their services β€’ Liaise with commercial team during prospecting and consult regarding client-centric solutions for our Patent renewals department β€’ Manage, maintain, and regularly update client-specific portfolios in alignment with client requirements and company standards β€’ Handle client inquiries with professionalism, discretion and promptly in a multinational environment, delivering excellent customer service during US time zones β€’ Act as a key liaison between clients and cross-functional teams, facilitating smooth communication and resolution of client concerns β€’ Convey patent-related information clearly and efficiently to other Dennemeyer departments and customers worldwide, maintaining consistency and quality β€’ Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the onboarding experience for US clients

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Ideally professional diploma or qualification in a related field (e.g., Commerce or Administration) or working experience in IP or a Customer Service orientated role β€’ Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly β€’ Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team β€’ Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines β€’ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills β€’ Client orientated thinking β€’ Very good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) β€’ Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are considered as an asset
