Description
• Partner with senior business leaders to drive business strategy • Consult, coach and influence senior leadership on organizational changes • Support and facilitate organizational change initiatives • Build a HR Business Partner team • Provide expert advice on HR policy interpretation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience • Working knowledge in at least two HR disciplines • High levels of influence and collaboration with executives
