Description

• Responsible for the support and maintenance of HR systems • Assists in the management and maintenance of HR applications • Enters changes to employee records • Troubleshoots concerns and responds to inquiries for help • Supports audit responses and produces reports • Provides system support through the phone and ticketing systems

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Required • 1-3 years general Human Resources or related experience Required • Workday experience preferred • Excellent communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Attention to detail, accuracy • Able to handle confidential information • Workday Experience
