Description
• Responsible for managing and coordinating various HR processes and procedures. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for all new employees. • Assist with the implementation and administration of performance management processes. • Develop and maintain positive employee relations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment and onboarding. • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employees. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
