📋 Description

• Contribute to development of quarterly and monthly plans • Hit and exceed KPI targets through high-volume cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach • Proactively source, research, and qualify high-value prospects, ensuring we target the right decision-makers • Stay ahead of industry trends by attending webinars, following key players, and applying insights to refine outreach • Own your sales pipeline—track, manage, and consistently fill it with new, high-potential opportunities in the CRM • Close the gap between interest and conversion by meeting (and exceeding) monthly and quarterly sales goals • Continuously refine outreach strategies—A/B test messaging across email, calls, and LinkedIn for maximum impact • Deeply understand your prospects—their pain points, challenges, and motivations—before ever making contact • Master the art of the conversation—clearly communicate the value of our services and how they solve real business problems • Build relationships with prospects through a conversational approach • Plan with intent—set weekly goals, break them into actionable tasks, and deliver measurable results • Be accountable—provide consistent updates, report to leadership, and always seek ways to improve efficiency

• 4+ years of experience • Excellent communication skills • Excellent listening skills • Strong problem solving skills • Proven and measurable success in sales • A unique perspective on how to present our value to prospects • Ability to organise and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Quality focused • Proficiency in current selling techniques • Strategic mindset
