Description

• Remote role covering the South of England • Manage relationships through all steps from initial contact to implementation • Work closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing and Operations • Generate recurring business through promotional & selling activities • Identify sales prospects and prepare quotes • Grow sales pipelines, pitch, and present to win new business • Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, clubs, colleges & universities • Promote excellent customer service throughout the customer journey • Assist the operations team in delivering tours

Requirements

• Extensive experience working within the school’s travel or sports travel sector • Sales focused with a desire to learn and develop your skills • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Confident and keen to develop presentation skills • Self motivated and able to manage own time effectively • Desire to succeed in a competitive environment and work to targets • Good eye for detail • Passion for sport and travel • First-hand knowledge of some key destinations desirable such as Europe, South Africa, North America, and the Caribbean • Able to create and deliver accurate costing proposals to the client in a timely fashion • Must be able to travel regularly both domestically and internationally • Able to work remotely and use own initiative to meet deadlines
