•Support the seamless, on time delivery of error-free marketing communications across all channels. •Develop, implement and execute marketing compliance program efforts. •Responsible for ongoing process improvement work to continually improve the state of compliance. •Continually audit materials and processes to comply with relevant laws and regulations. •Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). •Conduct regular monitoring, auditing, training activities, and analyzing results.

Requirements

•5-7+ years' experience in a Medicare Advantage marketing, sales, or compliance role. •Must have experience with a national carrier in the health insurance space. •Maintains working knowledge of applicable federal and state laws, regulations, CMS policy guidance, CFR, and contract standards. •Prior compliance experience supporting the development of materials in a highly-regulated environment required. •Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new platforms. •Able to work collaboratively within Marketing and with cross-functional teams. •Must be able to create dashboards, scorecards and tools to evaluate compliance performance. •Thrives in a highly-regulated, highly collaborative, high-speed environment. •Comfortable making decisions based on incomplete information.
