• This role is fully remote and must be located within one of the contiguous 50 states • Devoted Health’s Sales Strategy & Operations team is entrusted with fully managing the operations of a robust multi-channel sales force • A key member of our team, the leader of Broker Engagement will play a crucial role in developing and executing a strategy to engage our largest channel • In this high-visibility role, you will have the opportunity to work across the broker journey to identify, design, and execute new opportunities for high-impact experiences for brokers.
• BA or BS required / Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred but not required • 7+ years experience • Strategic mindset with deep solutioning / problem-solving capabilities • Strong attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous process improvements • Excellent communication skills, including ability to clearly articulate needs, objectives, priorities, and strategy in writing • Strong analytical skills to develop understanding of program performance and leverage data to optimize • Robust communication skills and executive presence, able to correspond effectively and present information succinctly to executive stakeholders • Fast learner, can pick up new content/industries quickly in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional organizational skills, adept at prioritizing tasks effectively to consistently meet deadlines • Previous Healthcare experience and/or startup experience a plus
