Description
• Design and develop backend systems supporting AI-powered functionalities. • Build and maintain backend infrastructure enabling high-performance AI solutions. • Implement backend systems in Java supporting cloud-based AI solutions, focusing on performance and scalability. • Participate in technical design, code reviews, and agile development activities. • Mentor and provide guidance on AI best practices to team members.
Requirements
• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with Java, with proven proficiency in building scalable solutions. • Solid understanding of AI technologies and architectures, such as Transformer models and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). • Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and Parameter Efficient Fine Tuning (PEFT). • Familiarity with orchestration frameworks for AI (LangChain, LlamaIndex) is a plus. • Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus. • Good understanding of CI/CD processes and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) is a plus. • Proficiency with Python is desirable, particularly for AI orchestration. • Excellent command of the English language.
