Description

• You will program/project manage and lead global core teams through all B2B partnership lifecycle stages. • Managing and facilitating the partner intake and governance process across the Dexcom partnership ecosystem. • Driving all elements of a partner commercial launch. • Monitoring and reporting on all facets of post commercial launch/sustainment activities. • Building and enhancing Dexcom’s partnership operational capabilities. • Continuously enhance the Global Partner Commercialization Playbook and associated processes.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience. • At this level, a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience. • Experience in developing and then scaling commercial business processes. • Knowledge and familiarity with use & enhancement of CRM tools and reporting. • Experience in commercializing a digital therapeutic or digital health solution. • Experience in healthcare, medical device or regulated industry, digital health/wearables. • MBA or management consulting experience a plus.
