•From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. •With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. •We’re looking for a dynamic individual to drive operational rigor in Fivetran as we continue to grow. •As a Lead Company Operations Manager, in the COO Office, you will facilitate the development of our company’s strategies and ensure they are executed to enable Fivetran to achieve its company goals. •This includes running our Annual Planning process, developing mechanisms to routinely check on business performance, and managing cross-functional “special projects” that arise due to our rapid growth. •This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland or Denver offices, or remote in the US.

Requirements

•Proven experience (3-5 years) in a strategic or operational role supporting a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior executives. •Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems and balance creativity and practicality when solutioning. •You think like a business owner, demonstrate incredible ownership/initiative, and have a track record of making data-driven decisions and leading multiple concurrent cross-functional initiatives from inception to successful and timely completion. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. •Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. •Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. •Experience with project management tools and methodologies •Proficiency in G Suite, especially spreadsheets.
