• Bachelor’s degree typically required. • Minimum of 8-12 years of related experience. • Graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience. • Experienced in people analytics or related analytical role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to extract insights from complex HR data sets. • Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Tableau, Excel, SQL, BigQuery and/or other statistical software. • Familiarity with Workday, Qualtrics EX Platform, workforce planning, and understanding psychometrics.
