Description
• Recruit a pipeline of highly qualified medical providers • Source, interview, and onboard providers for locum assignments • Maintain provider profiles and ensure data integrity • Build relationships with prospective and current medical providers • Actively grow the network of potential providers • Contribute to the strategic plan for Recruiting department
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience • Experience in the healthcare field preferred • Track record of success in previous positions • Excellent computer skills and experience including Microsoft Office, ATS/CRM software. • Strong organization and planning • High attention to detail • Relationship builder • Effective and professional communicator (written and oral) • Effectively prioritize and work through competing tasks • Analytical skills • Creative problem solver
