• MARINER is seeking a VP of Advisor Recruiting & Operations to oversee recruiting strategy. • Responsibilities include strategy development, talent acquisition, team leadership, pipeline management, market analysis, partnership development, recruitment metrics, brand promotion, and compliance. • The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting top talent, strong leadership skills, and deep industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 12+ years of experience in recruiting, with a significant portion in the financial services industry or a similar field. • Knowledge and understanding of applicable employment laws and regulations pertaining to hiring at a national firm • Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruiting strategies for financial advisors or similar roles. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Deep understanding of the financial advisory industry and its talent landscape. • Proficiency in using recruiting software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
