Description
• Lead executive hiring efforts across all departments • Drive strategy and execution for securing top-tier executive talent • Oversee and develop a team of Executive Talent Acquisition Partners • Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience
Requirements
• 12+ years of recruiting experience, including significant experience recruiting for Executive level roles across diverse functions • 6+ years of people leadership experience • Previous experience in building out the Executive Search function in-house • Proven track record working within an Executive Search Agency • A career developer with a plethora of people who have glowing things to say about how you helped them achieve their professional development goals • Metrics-driven; comfortable managing candidate pipelines • A problem solver; able to tackle macro or micro challenges • A cultural steward; company values resonate with you
Benefits
• Base: $170,000 • Base + Bonus Target: $250,000 • Eligible for equity plan
