Description
• NFF seeks a Director, Talent to lead recruitment strategies in a CDFI managing $400 million in financing assets. • Responsible for engaging in talent acquisition efforts and supporting employee engagement initiatives. • Collaborate with management to align recruitment processes with diversity principles.
Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in talent acquisition • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Highly collaborative with experience leading strategies across stakeholders • Experienced facilitator managing multiple stakeholders • Excellent in relationship-building focused on needs of employees and candidates • Highly effective project manager handling multiple initiatives • Strong problem-solving and analysis skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Committed to reflection and continuous improvement • Understand Talent & HR technology for enhanced workflows • Proven track record in developing successful recruitment strategies • Maintain integrity and handle sensitive information confidentially • Flexible and capable of pivoting to meet organizational needs
