Description

β€’ Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of high performing sales managers β€’ Participate in the sales cycle to bring executive alignment β€’ Oversee pipeline creation and management β€’ Create and implement engaging ways to increase win rates β€’ Plan and deliver sales strategies to meet projections β€’ Analyze data to improve product vision and drive initiatives β€’ Coach and develop future leaders for the organization β€’ Recognize opportunities for innovation and implement new processes β€’ Optimize resources and budget to execute sales strategy β€’ Be a hands-on mentor for the team

Requirements

β€’ BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience β€’ 5-8+ years sales experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS space β€’ 3-5+ years people management experience leading Enterprise, Majors and/or MM teams β€’ Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively β€’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills β€’ Strong emotional intelligence and ability to inspire and develop direct reports β€’ Strong work ethic; takes initiative and thinks creatively β€’ Ability to coach teams handling a full-cycle sales process β€’ Channel experience strongly preferred β€’ Experience coaching teams using MEDDPICC preferable
