•Develop and execute the visual strategy for VRAI across all channels, ensuring a consistent brand identity. •Lead and manage the creative team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables. •Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create cohesive and compelling campaigns. •Oversee the production of all visual content, including photography, videography, graphic design & CGI. •Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, videographers, models, stylists and other creative partners.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry. •Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and a keen sense of aesthetic judgment. •Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. •Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
