Description

β€’ DigiCert is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Sales Compensation to lead the administration of our sales compensation program. β€’ Ensure the accurate and timely processing of compensation plans and commission payments while managing a team of two direct reports. β€’ Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain and continuously improve our sales compensation processes. β€’ Oversee the issuance of compensation plans and ensure the accurate calculation and timely payment of commissions. β€’ Lead the discovery, design, and costing of SPIFF programs. β€’ Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and HR to address and resolve inquiries, perform analyses, and provide support related to all aspects of sales compensation. β€’ Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance sales compensation processes.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in sales compensation administration β€’ Proficiency in sales compensation software and tools; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels β€’ Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment β€’ Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions proactively β€’ Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
