Description

• DigiCert is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Sales Compensation to lead the administration of our sales compensation program. • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of compensation plans and commission payments while managing a team of two direct reports. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain and continuously improve our sales compensation processes. • Oversee the issuance of compensation plans and ensure the accurate calculation and timely payment of commissions. • Lead the discovery, design, and costing of SPIFF programs. • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and HR to address and resolve inquiries, perform analyses, and provide support related to all aspects of sales compensation. • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance sales compensation processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales compensation administration • Proficiency in sales compensation software and tools; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions proactively • Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
